If you’re like me and don’t want to upgrade your iPhone 3G you’ve probably noticed it’s practically unusable under IOS 4. It freezes on me all the time. It turns out there’s one simple thing you can do reduce this problem dramatically.
- Go to Settings > General > Home Button > Spotlight Search
- Make sure all of the options available are unchecked
This will disable the Spotlight Search but since I never use it anyway, this was a good solution.
